What is UPLIFT?

UPLIFT aims to provide a platform for passionate individuals like yourself to actively contribute to the advancement of gender equality, leadership development, and STEM education. Through this program, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful projects and collaborative & networking initiatives, creating lasting change in our society. This is also a chance to learn from each other, with a clear focus on promoting diversity, fostering equitable practices, and cultivating an inclusive environment.

Your Cohort

Each of you who made a pledge during the event has been assigned to one of three cohorts based on the specific pledge you took. These cohorts are focused on Gender Equality, STEM, and Leadership.

Your Commitment

Now, regarding your commitment, we would like to extend an invitation for you to actively participate in this program. If you choose to accept, we estimate that the time commitment required will average around 30 minutes per week until December 2023. This commitment involves attending three 45-minute sessions, engaging in discussions and collaboration within your cohort's chat platform, and utilising networking opportunities provided. Below is a snapshot of what to expect.
