Lisa’s journey at Logicalis began in 2014 when she joined the sales team, quickly establishing herself as a key leader. Her ability to build high-performing teams and drive customer-centric solutions led to her promotion to National Sales Director in 2023. Now, as Acting General Manager, she continues to shape the company’s growth, ensuring Logicalis remains a trusted partner for customers across Australia.
Lisa’s career in technology began in 1997 at Telecom New Zealand, where she gained foundational industry experience. She then expanded her expertise internationally, moving to London to work at Citibank. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to play a pivotal role in establishing ekit.com’s business operations in both London and Boston, gaining firsthand experience in scaling a tech-driven company.
After relocating to Melbourne, Lisa took on leadership roles at Premiere Global Services, Interactive, and Data#3, where she further honed her expertise in sales, business development, and technology solutions. Her diverse experience across global corporations and innovative technology firms has shaped her ability to lead with a strategic mindset and a focus on long-term success.

Daniel Jamnicky
Head of Pre-Sales Engineering
With over three decades of experience in the IT industry, Daniel is a seasoned industry professional. Originally from Switzerland, Daniel began his career for an international logistics company as a programmer, progressing to a systems administrator role and eventually rising to Assistant IT Manager. His international experience includes a significant placement in Mexico City.
after relocating to Australia more than 20 years ago, Daniel first worked with a smaller managed service provider, where he further developed his skills in delivering standardised managed services solutions. He pursued his career as an Enterprise Architect, where he excelled in designing and implementing complex outsource and managed services solutions for enterprise clients. His expertise in designing complex Service Models, developing rapport rapidly and effortless with C-level management, guiding deals through intricate legal frameworks and achieving successful closures has been some of the cornerstones of his career.
Daniel’s strategic vision and broad technical knowledge have established him as a pivotal leader in pre-sales engineering, consistently bridging technical complexities with client needs to drive successful business outcomes.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Daniel is an avid traveller with a passion for exploring new places. He enjoys cooking and experimenting with different cuisines, bringing flavours from his travels into his kitchen. When he's not exploring or cooking, he also enjoys skiing, art and culture, and attending operas.


Joe McLelland
HR Business Partner
Joe McLelland is the Human Resources Business Partner for Logicalis Australia, based in Melbourne. Joe reports into Arissa Wong, Vice President Human Resources APAC with a dotted line to Lisa Fortey, General Manager – Australia.
Joe’s core responsibility is to partner with the leadership team to drive and deliver Logicalis Australia’s People strategy, including talent and change management, responsible business and DE&I initiatives, and oversee HR operations for our Australia business. As an extension of the APAC HR team, Joe is also responsible for delivery and execution of regional HR programs within the Australia region.
Joe has over 14 years of HR experience across various industries, with a strong background in strategic HR advisory, employee engagement, change management, and talent development.
Outside of work, Joe has two very active young boys that keep him busy. Joe loves AFL and soccer, and any spare time he has is often devoted to hitting the fairways for a round of golf.
Michael Lennox
Head of Major Accounts and Acquisition
Michael Lennox is the Head of Major Accounts and Acquisition at Logicalis Australia, based in Sydney.
In his role, Michael is responsible for overseeing major accounts and driving acquisition strategies to enhance the company's market presence and growth. He reports directly to Lisa Fortey, the Acting General Manager.
Michael has a strong background in sales and account management, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with key clients and vendors. He is known for his strategic approach to sales, leveraging existing networks and partnerships to generate leads and drive business growth.
Michael is actively involved in various projects and initiatives, including the development of acquisition blueprints, sales enablement, and vendor engagement. He is also responsible for coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Michael is committed to continuous learning and development, staying updated with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients. Prior to working in IT, Michael was a former professional athlete and holds a university master's degree in education. Michael is a family man with a passion for education, sport and creating Indigenous opportunities and pathways in ICT, reflecting his commitment to both professional excellence and social impact.


Morgan Wilkinson
Marketing Manager
Morgan is an accomplished marketing manager with a unique background that spans hospitality, office management, and marketing. Early in her career, Morgan developed a deep passion for creating memorable experiences. With a strong talent for building meaningful relationships and effective stakeholder management, she thrived in the hospitality industry, fostering connections that drove both customer satisfaction and positive business outcomes.
After joining Logicalis as Office Manager during 2020, Morgan jumped at an opportunity to assist the marketing team during office closures and quickly discovering a genuine love for marketing. This newfound passion allowed her to work closely with internal sales and delivery teams, as well as partners and customers, leading to a smooth transition into a full-time marketing role.
Today, Morgan is dedicated to creating impactful campaigns that reflect her passion for delivering exceptional experiences. She leverages her background in hospitality to craft campaigns that not only engage customers but also foster positive interactions and support for the Logicalis team, partners, and customers alike. Morgan is incredibly proud of the breadth of expertise and passion within Logicalis and is excited to continue contributing to the company’s ongoing success by fostering collaboration and delivering innovative, results-driven marketing initiatives.
Niraen Mathias
Head of Sales Operations & Alliances
Niraen Mathias is the Head of Sales Operations & Alliances, where he plays a vital role in driving digital transformation for our customers. With a strong focus on people, data, and processes, Niraen leads strategic alliances with key technology partners like Cisco, Microsoft, and Dell. His expertise lies in enhancing revenue generation through the internal sales team, particularly within the procurement and supply chain sectors.
Niraen is an experienced sales operations professional with a background in various facets of the IT industry. He has a proven track record of managing complex projects, streamlining operations, and thinking outside the box. His deep understanding of sales processes, data integrity, and vendor management enables him to drive successful outcomes for Logicalis and its clients.
Beyond his strategic leadership in sales operations, Niraen is passionate about fostering collaboration and growth within the Logicalis partner network. He is currently spearheading initiatives to enhance the Partner Program Framework and transform the company's internal technology landscape for enhanced efficiency and operational agility.
Outside of the office, Niraen enjoys pursuing his keen interest in motorsport and spending quality time with his partner and dog.


Riia Jaakkola
Head of Private Sector
With a deep-seated passion for building and supporting high-performing sales teams, Riia believes that celebrating successes is important, but so is accepting and learning from mistakes. Having dedicated her entire career to sales, the last 16 spent in IT Sales, Riia has first-hand experience of the journey, including the highs and lows, and what it takes to constantly adapt to evolving market conditions.
As the Head of Private Sector, Riia leads by example, inspiring her team to dream big and aim high by providing guidance and support. This includes mentoring, training, and coaching team members to help them achieve their individual and collective team goals. Providing exceptional outcomes to clients is Riia’s and her teams top priority and she loves getting involved to craft creative deals and helping her team win! This involves analysing market trends, identifying opportunities, and making informed decisions that are aligned with Logicalis’s goals.
Riia began her sales career at Getty Images in London, UK, where she excelled in opening new territories and consistently achieved high results. She was promoted from individual contributor to sales manager and in 2008, Getty Images relocated her to Melbourne, Australia to expand their reach in APAC. GFC broadened her horizon from Media to IT Sales as Riia took on jobs with Arkadin (now part of NTT Group) and Optus Business. These were both steep learning curves but gave her deep appreciation of the fast paced and ever challenging world of IT which she has now found her forever home in. At Logicalis, she initially joined as an individual contributor and quickly established herself as one of the top performers leading into an opportunity to move into Sales Management.

Her approach to work is simple: to maximise revenue opportunities we need strong relationships with customers and partners because ultimately, people buy from people. Sam Psathas
Head of Government, Health and Education
As the Head of Government, Health, and Education at Logicalis Australia, Sam Psathas is a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving digital transformation and innovation across critical sectors. With a strong background in healthcare IT, public sector solutions, and strategic partnerships, Sam plays a pivotal role in delivering technology-driven outcomes that enhance efficiency, security, and consumer experience within government healthcare and education institutions.
Prior to his current role, Sam founded Logicalis Australia’s Health sector, where he spearheaded initiatives that modernised healthcare infrastructure, improved frontline worker experience, and supported digital health advancements. His expertise in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and large-scale IT implementations, combined with a results-driven sales approach, has positioned Logicalis as a trusted partner for organisations navigating complex digital transformations.
With deep industry knowledge and a commitment to leveraging technology for social good, Sam continues to champion solutions that bridge the gap between policy and innovation, ensuring Logicalis remains at the forefront of digital enablement for government, health, and education sectors. Tim Reddoch
Finance Director – Logicalis Australia
Tim is the Finance Director for Logicalis and has been with Logicalis for 7 years, overseeing Finance, Treasury, Audit, Tax and Risk for the Logicalis Australia region, including teams located in Australia and Malaysia.
Tim is an experienced finance professional, being CPA qualified with a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University (Accounting/Commercial Law Majors), with over 25 years of experience in Accounting and Finance roles across IT, Public Transport Ticketing, Airlines, Advertising and Manufacturing. Utilising this vast experience in the preparation of complex business papers linked to key company investments, strategies and projects, review of management and statutory financial statements, financial modelling, treasury management and risk frameworks, with an emphasis on linking actions to key business outcomes.
Away from the office, Tim enjoys following the Liverpool FC, Carlton FC, Melbourne Stars, Melbourne Victory, playing tennis, skiing, attending live comedy and live music events and spending time with his wife and 3 children.
